Can I use a promotional code to book?

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Are the rooms cleaned during your stay?

Your room is cleaned between 8:30am and 4:30pm. If you would like the service at a more specific time, please let us know.

Can I park my car at the hotel?

The hotel has a covered car park at €10 per day.
3 universal electricity points (cable not supplied) are also available.
Height 2.30 metres.

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can pay with Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, cash or holiday vouchers.

Does the hotel accept holiday vouchers?

Yes, we accept holiday vouchers, but only on site. It is not possible to use holiday vouchers to pay the deposit.

Can I smoke/vape in the hotel?

The hotel is entirely non-smoking (public areas, rooms, balconies).
Smoking will incur a penalty of €150.

Can I access the Internet from the hotel?

Our hotel has free wifi internet access throughout.

What other services does the hotel offer?

TV with films on demand / Business area with seminar rooms / Children's area / Coworking area and library / Lobby and bar / Restaurants / Ski instructors and guides on duty in the hotel during the winter / 3 electric recharging points in the car park...

What time is check-in?

Rooms are available from 4pm.
If you arrive before 4pm, you can still use the lobby area and bar.
Drinks (tea/coffee) are also available.
Luggage storage is available free of charge.
Our hotel is open 24/7.

What time is check-out?

Rooms must be vacated by noon.
Your luggage can be stored free of charge after check-out, so that you can enjoy your last day in Chamonix.

Does the hotel have luggage storage?

Before you check in or after you check out, luggage storage is available free of charge.

How do I get to the hotel?

Pedestrian access: 50, place de l'Aiguille du Midi‍

Car access: If your vehicle is equipped with a navigation system, we recommend entering 610, route Blanche 74400 Chamonix Mont-Blanc to arrive directly in front of the hotel.
Covered garage on reservation at 10€/night.

Access by train:
- SNCF TGV stations near Chamonix (Geneva and Annecy 1h15 away by car).
- Winter season only, TVG links to Saint-Gervais-les-Bains-Le Fayet SNCF station (15 minutes by car and 45 minutes by TER from Chamonix).
- Chamonix Mont-Blanc SNCF TER station: Chamonix Aiguille du Midi stop 400 meters from the hotel.

Access by bus: Blablacar and Flixbus connection to Chamonix Sud - Bus Station (400 meters from the hotel).

Access by plane:
- Geneva airport (1h15 by car).
- Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport (2h15 by car).

Does the hotel offer a transfer service?

We can organize your private or shared transfer to/from Geneva airport. Please contact our concierge service at concierge@heliopic.com for more information.

How do I get to the valley's ski areas?

- With Chamonix Mobilité buses.

Is the hotel served by public transport?

Bus: The "Chamonix Sud" bus station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
From Chamonix Sud, all bus routes pass through and serve the various villages in the valley.

Train: The nearest train stop is Aiguille du Midi, less than 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.
Mont-Blanc Express timetable

Free travel on the Mont-Blanc Express train: Travel with complete peace of mind thanks to our guest card. It entitles you to free rail travel by train between Servoz and Vallorcine, i.e. throughout the Chamonix valley.
Please note that the card is not a bus ticket, but it does offer discounts when you buy your bus ticket. Buy your ticket in advance here.

Can I buy my ski pass at the hotel?

Go to the hotel reception to buy your ski pass.

Can I hire / buy my ski equipment at the hotel?

Ski lockers, quality equipment and expert advice!
Book in advance here or by e-mail at skishop@heliopic.com to get the best rates.
Seasonally closed in summer.

Can I store my own ski equipment at the hotel?

A ski locker service is available during the winter season. Boot dryers are also available.

What are the breakfast times?

Served from 6:30am to 10:00am in our restaurant dining room, we offer quality products: Viennoiseries, breads, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, hot dishes, boiled or scrambled eggs, cold meats, regional cheeses... Everything you need for a balanced or gourmet breakfast.

What are the restaurant opening times?

from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, our restaurant has been awarded a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide since 2020.

Open Tuesday to Saturday from 6:30 pm to 10:15 pm, Le Frometon is the place to go for fondues and raclettes in Chamonix!

What are the bar opening times?

Our bar team welcomes you every day from 3pm until midnight.
You can find our menu here.
Afternoon tea runs from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and tapas are available from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.

The wellness area is open to all members of the family between 10:00am and 2:00pm.
Children under 13 must be accompanied.
Between 2:00pm and 9:00pm, access is restricted to over 13 years.

The spa is a space dedicated to well-being and relaxation, so please respect the tranquillity of the premises. Don't forget your swimming costume and book your treatments in advance here or by e-mail at spa@heliopic.com.
For reasons of hygiene, we recommend that you wear a short swimming costume.
